As per the Constitution, the Hobratsis Respublikis Prezidenti (President of the Hobrazian Republic) chairs the cabinet.

The responsibilites of Food and Agriculture will be conducted by the Hobrazian Peoples Party
Article 4
The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the First Party Of Hobrazia

| Message | We are disgusted by the First Party attempt to persuade us to shut our mouth. We believe that this alternate cabinet proposal is only arranged because of the large public support the HPP has recieved for their early election call. It is a symbol of the weakness Alexander Neesam has, his lack of ability and why we need elections as soon as possible. The First Party and its leadership has failed, a theme that has followed the Neesam family for a long time. We in the HPP will not be persuaded or tricked by the First Party and Alexander Neesam and we advice the First Party not to run for Chancellor in thenext electionand furthermore not untill they understand the techniques of hobrazian politics. We are after all notin Deltaria, a fact that the First Party tends to forget quite often. |
