Bill: Cabinet Proposal of February 2317

Details

Submitted by[?]: AM Radical Libertarian Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2317

Description[?]:

To promote a feeling of healing after the difficult times leading up to the last election, the AMRLP is Proposing a Cabinet designed to bring all opposing factions into the government. We recognize that there have been statements made by both parties in the heat of the campaign which may have been too extreme, and would like to recognize that both sides have some valid suggestions to be considered.

It is hoped that the MRP will agree to this proposal.

MessageAlthough we do not intend to remain in opposition for too long, and strongly believe that the irregular result in one province will be overturned shortly, we are pleased to take a place within this interim cabinet.

The Moral reform party will, as ever, strive to be a voice of reason against the decadent policies of the incumbent Axis Mundi Libertarians.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining.
