| The office of the Imperial Viceroy has received a message from our allies in Czárske Deltársko requesting aid in their struggle. We bring this to the floor of the Council to vote on sending Imperial Luthori soldiers to aid our allies. The message sent is as followed: Premyslovská Dynastia: Authorised by Czar Sebastian I, Emperor of all the Deltarias, grandson and Viceroy of God, and brother of the Moon and the Sun, sovereign ruler of the Duchys of Dissuwa, Ushalande, Doron Akigo, Alazinder, Darali, Keletia, Pabeus, Tordary, Hiamou, Kuchifey, Barovia, and Vojnový Pokrik, emperor of emperors, sovereign of sovereigns, extroadinary hussar who hath never been defeated, steadfast guardian of the Holy Deltarian Vatikan, trustee chosen by God Himself, the hope and comfort of the Christians, the protector of the Suislaw Cossacks, may he reign forever. To the Imperial Viceroy of the Holy Luthori Empire, Hail The nation of Alduria has left Union Francais in order to move closer to our sphere of influence in the Axis. Military action against is currently being discussed by Kanjor, and a motion to commit troops to the forced annexing of Alduria is currently in debate there. The Deltarian Empire have pledged full military support to our Aldurian ally, to defend her from such Imperialist warmongering. Can we count on Luthori support?
