MessageI agree with MEL, how can you recycle if there are no facilities to be around, if we at least have some regulation over this, Kundrati Union can be guarenteed recycling facilities, otherwise if we leave for somebody else to do with no legislation at all there might not be any recycling facilities for the citizens of the Kundrati Union.

However if it is costly to the Natioanl budget of the Kundrati Union, We are open to contracting out of the services.

MessagePublic-owned recycling and waste-disposal facilities usually require large amount of tax payers money to upkeep, especially with the constant churn of new technologies in this realm of wastage, if there's an obvious need as voiced by the Kundrati's citizens, there will be in no time several waste disposal companies popping up all over the place, which renders the problem solved.

MessageWe thought about this for some time now, However how good the arguments that KOL put forward, i still beleive that the Government should at least have some involvment in the Recycling industry, as the government have to lead by example.

However we do believe that deregulation in this industry is possible, however we also think that the Government should be at least at arms lenght regarding this industry, maybe the funding of contractors.

But until then We shall vote against this bill, just losing out by 1 vote!!!
