| Message | PRESS RELEASE FROM THE BEITEYNU RESISTANCE COMMITTEE: The Beiteynu Resistance Committee is the transitional form of the government of Beiteynu. Following the Pontesian invasion of our land they proceeded to set up the puppet government of Gran Tadraki and tried to incorporate Endlid and Tadraki into the Pontesi Commonwealth. This is not a legitimate state and since the Declaration of Re-Independence of the Fourth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu all power has been handed over to the Resistance Committee. Executive and legislative control has been passed from the Sanhedrin to the Resistance Committee and full control of the state military is in its hands as well. The positions of Naczelnik Nasi and Av Beit Din are under the control of the Resistance Committee hierarchy and shall remain so until fair elections, free from Pontesian imperialism and anti-semitism can be held. All Pontesian claims to governmental positions and representation in the Sanhedrin are illegal and shall not be accepted. OOC: Yeah I know, on the forum I RP'd the administrative changes we made as us re-establishing the Jewish Homeland, I said it all except the Disputed Terrirtories bit... well it is meant to be propaganda :) Anyway maybe I'll put a bill to the floor (even though it will fail), I thought that seeing as we don't respect the political process at the moment and have given power to our junta we wouldn't pass a legal bill and would just say things and say that they are then true. |
