Old value:: There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.
Current: There is a public health care system, but private clinics are allowed.

Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning the use of nuclear weaponry in warfare.
Old value:: The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first.
Current: The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first.

Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The policy with respect to nuclear weaponry.
Old value:: The nation reserves the right to develop, produce and store nuclear arms.

Message | Article 1 - I don't see why we should change the status quo. Article 2 and 3 - Our nuclear deterrent is vital to keep us safe. We have over 400 nuclear warheads at last count protecting us from rogue powers such as Deltaria, Solentia and more. Article 4 - Too far. It could lead to industrial chaos. Article 5 - Dangerous. There are certain sectors that if they did not provide a minimum service would put people's lives in danger. Article 6 - This means to me that a few hundred members could meet and vote for a strike in a union of thousands. It's not right. We fully oppose in other words. |

Message | Article 6 does not say that, it says that ALL members must be balloted. If they abstain, they are effectively accepting the majority verdict of those who vote (as opposed to the current law, which means that an abstention is counted as a 'No' vote, which is 'not right'). |
