Message | keep in mind that game mechanics work so that parties that abstain a lot don't often do well in elections. (stops inactive parties from gaining crucial parlimentary seats) sometimes, if you don't really care either way on an issue, it's best to just vote with the majority, so as to not impede the vote of the people who care, and so as to avoid the abstaining penalty. |
