MessageWe support this under the proviso that teacher led prayer be allowed in religious schools, but banned in public schools.

MessageThe first seems absurd. the government decides what an individual shall be paid yet forces they payment from another source. We dislike unfunded mandates from the government.

The second bill fails to consider the effect religion can have on a student's life. Some students need this form of guidance to provide sense or meaning to their life. The local schools are the best judges of the needs of their students thus we feel that the decision should be left to the local level.
