This bill is to address the growing issue of terrorist attacks on Gaduri soil, including, but not limited to, the use of chemical agents. Article A: The creation of a new arm of Internal Affairs, the Special Forces Unit: Spectre. Spectre's primary roles will be counter-terrorism and special reconnaissance operations.
