Message | These proposals would constitute a serious shift in Malivian foreign policy. We see definite advantages to these measures /if/ the international community agreed to recognize our neutrality in the same way Keymon's neutrality is internationally recognized. As it stands, we feel it is in our current interests to keep at least a minimum of scrutiny on visitors entering the country, be they diplomats or tourists. We support loosening of regulations for issuing passport to our citizens. |
