Article 1: Proposes that employers may only terminate strikers deemed to have left their positions for no reason, rather than the current ruling that they may be fired at any time for their actions, no matter how vaild the complaint(s). Article 2: Promotes a worker's right to strike on behalf of his or her peers employed in similar industries across the nation who have initiated such actions for a just cause. Article 3: Proposes that any worker has the right to vote no matter their occupation. |

Current: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
Proposed: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.

Old value:: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions.
Current: Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
