The enactment of this act will result in; 60% of the Surplus going to Darnussia vaults. The 60% will then go to combat; poverty; crime; social housing; protecting minorities; assisting Darnussia businesses; providing equipment for Darnussian police; portecting democracy; supporting human rights across the world; |

| Message | If the Deltarian puppet government does not support this statement it will show to the people of Darnussia that the government is only for Deltaria and not Darnussians. This act ensures that the poorer people, the police, minorities and other issues that are problematic in this nation. Hopefully the government will support maintaining that in total, at least 60% of the surpluses it makes in this nation does not go to foreign occupiers. |
