MessageWe should encourage people to adopt children instead of rejecting them with enduring tests and an "intensive program" as your bill proposes.

Remember how many children grow up in families that didn't have planned them. How many children were just an "accident"? Does the state care about how these kids are threatened?

If a couple really wants to adopt, it should not be regarded with suspicion.

MessageThe state doesn't have control over where unplanned children end up, we do have a choice here.

MessageI know, but if people who didn't want children can raise them without problems, then there should be no suspicion on people who really want them (adopted or not).
