MessageAccording to the descriptioon this should aid the government better. How??? With the current legislation the military/government have more favorable possibilities (excpet article 1).

MessageArticle 1 doesn't help in defence of national territory or protection. Should war break out the public sector would only produce large quantities of existing equipment as R&D costs are extremely high and would cost the State money that would otherwise be used in equipment freeing the private sector to R&D new equipment. The current law maintains a "best of both worlds" probability.

We accept article 4.

MessageArticle 2 assists in the military in case of war because it will have a supply of troops to defend the nation.

Nuclear biological or chemical weapons should be only used in such an attack on Hobrazia.

MessageBut it requires a time of war which when happening will already be to late for conscription and education. With the current law on this issue there is both a military education and conscription for those who wants it. This still though provides the nation with one of the largest and best armies in Terra, also shown by the large ministry. Furthermore we save money while people are doing civilian national service.

On the issue recarding B and C weapons we do not believe that it would aid our nation in military matters to only allow the use of such weapons in retaliation as war is war and must be fought with the weapons available.

MessageIn times of war, since we have the best military anyway you state. If our neighbors attack us we will be able to defend our national borders until more troops can be conscripted and serve in the military.

MessageOnly if we operate a permanent consription. With war time only consciption you'll be sending uneducated young men straight to death. We need to operate a permanent and capable army that can defend our proud nation. With no conscription there will be no army.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
