Look up the word "considerable" and you will find it does not mean few, little or nothing.
And about compulsory education...as I stated before, the reason public education was introduced in the first place was because, the vast majority of citizens wanted to be educated! So, to say or imply that the country would be filled with "uneducated morons" in the case compulsory education was abolished is ridiculous. Murder and stealing (haha you're talking about stealing!) harms other people, unlike choosing to be educated, which is family or personal decision.
