Description[?]:
To the member of the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne I come here before all of you to ask for your support in this act to regulate child labor. I as the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry have been to many factory in the Commowealth and I can't believe my eyes that I have seen Children at the age of 12 forced to work all day long just because they have been sold by their own parent from other country to work here. Local Government can't control this Force labor because they didn't have enough man to control the situation so I will like to ask for the state to intervene with this problem to control child labor and ensure safety of children by adding additional regulations to those of adult labourers and enforced it with police officer and custom checking every factory in the commonwealth.
