| We believe we should enact eminent domain to create vital government works, in the form of... - Public toilet facilities - Warehouses designed for the storage of toilets - Small businesses catering to the repair, maintainance and upkeep of toilets - A toilet factory - A porcelein industry (for making toilets in our toilet factory) - A waste processing facility (for stuff that comes from toilets) - A nationalised marketing company (that markets toilets) The land designated to be used for these vital government works shall be taken from a sole landowner, to reduce governmental costs. This landowner shall be the First Corporation, and the land taken shall make up a full 100% of their real estate properties. |
