Bill: Proposed Trial of former Health Minister Cruise
Details
Submitted by[?]: Fascist Zealotry League
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2330
Description[?]:
As reported in the Dranland Daily News, the public outcry at ex-Health Minister Cruise's incompetence over the GBV affair is as fervid as ever. It is not right that his apathy should remain unpunished and we propose that as an independent body of politicians we should send the firm message that he should stand trial for his misdemeanors with immediate effect. Andreas Renschler, CZL leader, Head of Independent Investigative Panel PROPOSED: Ex-Health Minister Cruise is to stand down from any duties he may currently hold within the New Theta Party and make himself available to a trial by his peers (i.e. all Dranish political parties) before the year is out. He may not leave the country before he has been tried and must surrender his passport to Clearwater police until such time as we deem it appropriate to be returned. |

Message | Unbelievable! I can just about understand the DPoD and JDP's decisions seeing as they are Liberal faggots but you LoP? Long standing enemy of New Theta? Pathetic!! The rest of the political spectrum may have forgotten the thousands of our OWN PEOPLE who died unnecessarily, we have not and will not. You should be ashamed of yourselves! |

Message | New Theta do not consider the LoP an "enemy", in fact we consider the LoP a noble party that shares many common goals and interests. Whilst they may hold differing philosophical and spiritual viewpoints, we acknowledge that for the greater good it is far more important to focus on what brings people together rather than that which divides. Your attempts to tarnish Health Minister Cruise's reputation and, indeed, our party as a whole is noted. Let us not forget that it was the CZL that originated and implemented Operation Ethnic Cleanse against the Welsh-Dranian element. It was New Theta, however, after massive boosts in education and science, that isolated GBV and discovered its cure. It was our public relations machine that handled the criticisms against the government, including at an international level, whilst the Capitalist Zealots sat back and watched from the sidelines, counting their pennies whilst laughing in glee. Your behaviour has been despicable and it is high time that the parties of Dranland come together to expose your crimes and bring you to justice. |

Message | Go ahead, twist and turn like a trapped squirrel New Theta! Unlike the rest of these ignorant fucks, at least the SLP are intelligent enough to stand shoulder to shoulder with us in denouncing your apathetic murder of pure-blooded Dranians. Cruise's cure came too late for thousands of our people. He watched GBV spread through Mynydd Mawr and did nothing for months. That may not register as being worth a damn to you, but I can assure you the voting public will never forget! |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
