There is a need to create more opportunities for companies to be started. Unemployment is over 8% in Polkana and Itaki. This bill aims to create more opportunties in these Wilayahs. Ikaki is a industrial Wilayah, it provides a good location for a space program, and defence industries. Polkana is a tourist haven, permitting alcohol to be freely sold will increase opportunities for small bars and eateries. Both can benefit from relaxing the oversight on regulations in safety and investment. |
