Whereas, Nudity on television that is not sexually explicit is not damaging to children in any way, and Whereas, the allowance of it allows creativity and better television, and Whereas, public nudity is already legal, and Whereas, from midnight to 5 am so few children watch television that we can allow even most sexually explicit material then, We hereby propose liberalizing these laws. |
