| Maoist Political Party dedicated to bringing about the reforms of Chariman Mao Centralization: Increased centralization and power for the central government. In favour of top down reform proposals. Goal of course being the workers revolution and the elimination of all vestiges of a capitalistic or aristocratic economic and social equality. Civil rights: Protect the rights of the proletariat against any infringement by exploitation. No discrimination based upon race, creed, gender, or sexual orientaion. Neither government nor private institutions have the right to curb the Civil Liberties of the People under any circumstance. Ecology: The Logic of Capital demands the destruction of the natural evironment, just as it alienates the soul of the Worker and the Employer. The ecological development of a nation must be managed carefully to ensure that it is not ruined on foolish capital ventures. Foreign Relations: We should be careful to avoid wars of imperilist expansion and exploition. We should offer whatever aid we can to encourage the revolution in whatever nations it is being waged. Government Responsibilities: Government should be involved as much as possible in the daily lives of individuals to ensure that they are not exploited by capitalist forces. Government should be responsive to the needs of the people. Market: The Market economy needs to radically reformed to ensure that the people profit from it, rather than fat cat capitalists who leech of the blood and sweat of the people. Military: Political power does grow out of the barrel of a gun. A Strong military is necessary to protect the revolution and to ensure that we are not destroyed by imperialist forces seeking to stifle the revolution and enslave the masses. Morality: There is only one morality that is worthwhile and that is the social advancement of the proletariat. If that morality does not conform to this ultimate aim it is a sham which only seeks to distract us from the true moral crimes that are carried out every day. Religion: Religion is a tool that is utilized to distract the masses and to keep the serville to capitalistic masters. It must be destroyed or at least relegated to the sidelines in informing the people of their proper roles in a socialist Society. |
