| Alliances of any kind only serve to infringe on Aldurian Sovereignty, so let it be resolved that Alduria declare itself a neutral nation and never form an alliance with any other nation for any reason. Also to never send the Aldurian military outside of Aldurias' own borders for any reason. |

| Message | We were under the impression that the Deltarian troops in Alduria were there at the request of the Aldurian Government. One would hope that if the Aldurian Government requested their removal it would be complied with. Furthermore at the time of the deployment it was announced that "General Zhuganov's forces will answer to the government of Alduria during their time there. " (quoted from Deltarian Central News). It would appear that they thus cannot be used for offensive action against Kanjor without the approval of the Aldurian Government. |
