As Head of Government and Chairman of the Cabinet, I hereby declare the authorization of troop movements into Kanjor and a de facto state of war. However, my party requests that the Legislature symbolically support this Declaration of War. |

However, you in turn have command over the Beloved Leader, who has greater potestas than the Head of Government, so you win... this legislation would have passed and overridden the power of the Head of State, but I hope that we shall foster greater unity in Solentia, so I shall change my vote to "no" |
