"Moriet" is actually a deponent verb "Morior, mori, mortuus sum," so the proper form for "will die" is "morietur"

in "vincat scientias ratioque," I think you meant "reason and knowledge conquer," not "reason conquers knowledges," so it should be "vincant scientia ratioque"

"homones" should be "homines"

"Servant" is OK, but it means "protect," and I think you meant "serve," so it should be "serviunt"
and, if you should use "serviunt," it takes the dative, so it would be "serviunt homines fraternitati"
