Bill: Withdrawing from Protocol aiming at the abolition of the death penalty.
Details
Submitted by[?]: Marxist-Socialist Party of Hobrazia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2334
Description[?]:
The MSPoH suggests that the treaty that is the Protocol aiming at the abolition of the death penalty is defunk for Hobrazia as the Republic of Hobrazia has met the goals laid out by the treaty. The death penalty is illegal in Hobrazia and people cannot be transferred to other locations where the death penalty is enforced. Therefore, we believe that since these two principles are deeply engrained within the Hobrazian people, therefore we should withdraw from the treaty as we have met the goals that the treaty was designed to do, and therefore, it is just wasting paper locked up where all the treaties are. |

Message | We can only agree so much, this will again make it possible for us to use money on building guillotines instead of wasting them on paper locked up where all the treaties are. ;-) |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
