| This act seeks to amend certain portions of our laws that for reasons unknown create an unsafe environment for our Kalistani Youth. There are currently certain provisions in our laws correctly restricting activities to adults, yet our current definition of adult = >13. This is an international aberration and is not congruent with our other policies aimed at protecting our youth. |
