Bill: Call for early elections following the Phil McCavity-Scandal
Details
Submitted by[?]: Hobrazian Peoples Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.
Voting deadline: May 2339
Description[?]:
We, the Hobrazian Peoples Party, call for early elections as there have been some mistakes in the previous election. By these rules http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=85471 no head of state is allowed to stay in office for more than two election periods. Then he must leave the office for a minimum of one period. We advice Phil McCavity to step down and the WSS!P to vote for this proposal to correct their mistake. We also hope that the Minister of Internal Affairs will look into the election committee to investigate the reasons for this mistake, together with the continued FPoH mistake on the election ballots and act according to that. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
