Description[?]:

We should introduce political science as a subject of study in theoretical based highschools, that will teach politics to people in a neutral and nonpropagandistic way. This will develop the civic culture and createa strong civil society in out country. It can only be good for the spirit of democracy. Not onl people will be aware of what is happening on the political scene, but in a few years we might be able of seting the voting minimum age to 17.
