| The MSPoH believes that the nation of Hobrazia should only used nuclear weapons if it is attacked by another nation for any reason. This ensures that when Hobrazia is attacked the nuclear weapon option in available and it ensures to the people of Hobrazia that we would never use nuclear weapons on an offensive or imperialist footing. The MSPoH believes that weapons should be exported only to Hobrazian allies to ensure that these weapons are not used against Hobrazia in the future. |
