| By giving the Military powers of arrest, we can ensure the people that crime will no longer be a problem in society. By making sure we have enough men in the uniform we should enforce conscription, people have military training is not a bad thing but a very good thing incase of a war. |

| Message | We certainly do not agree with Article 1. Trying to turn our army into a police force we believe is not conducive to 'good order and discipline' within the Army. It would distract them from their primary role of protecting Kanjor from external threats, and it would also require massive retraining. We are currently ambivalent about Article 2. However we tend to believe currently that the present system ie A Regular Army backed by the Provincial Militia is sufficent for Kanjors needs. |
