| The Majilis notes that: 1. The forces of the Deltarian Okhrana have made an incursion into Kafuri national territory 2. That they have described this incursion as a 'war of extermination' 3. It is in the interests of all Kafuri people and of those who believe in freedom and democracy worldwide to resist to the utmost this genocidal mission The Majilis therefore resolves to 1. form a common front in defence of national sovereignty and freedom 2. view any party, group or individual collaborating with the Deltarian forces as guilty of treason to our people and our nation 3. appeal internationally to friendly nations and parties for support in this matter 4. arm the Kafuri population in readiness for guerilla type resistance to the invasion |
