In order for our children to grow up and be respectful they must be taught how to be at a young age. Teachers have to teach and if a youth is being disrespectful as it was done in the traditional days that teacher should have the right to use whatever means to ensure that the youth is going to learn properly. |

Old value:: Discipline levels are set by local governments.
Current: Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion etc).
Proposed: Teachers may use corporal punishment at their discretion.
