Message | Respectfully, It is quite unfortunate that this proposal contains Article II and Article II. The Freeman's Society believes strongly in the pursuit of personal liberty, free markets and the sovereignty of the Republic of Baltusia. We as a party are not opposed to the right of others from outside our Republic's boarders if their objectives are clear and to the benefit of our or their society-and as an extension ours. The Freeman's Society takes issue with Article II on the issue of pensions on behalf of the government. It is our belief that is our duty to provide for the veterans, civic leaders and those whose lives have contributed greatly to the Republic in which we reside. To sacrifices one's life in the name of the liberties and rights we enjoy should be re-paid by the citizens whom enjoy those rights. If the parties voting No, such as myself, were to explain their major objections to this measure perhaps we could work in the spirit of bipartisanship to resolve these pressing issues. |
