Message | Respectfully, What exactly do you propose by the notion of the national forestry agency working or, as you say, existing side-by-side with private forestry industries? The Freeman's Society believes strongly in a free and strong market driven by those within the industries composing said markets. An issue like this, if beneficial to our economies would be heralded by the Freeman's Society. However, I can see some where some would find the idea unsettling that the agency charged with protecting the forests and wildlife is working with the organizations destroying them or otherwise altering them. Perhaps a proposal like this with the amendment for a bipartisan commission to ensure prudence within such an arrangement. |

Message | No it won't, under our laws, all trees that are cut down for use must be replanted at replacement level. |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
