Bill: Trade Unions Pact

Details

Submitted by[?]: Red Puma Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2345

Description[?]:

It's the first proposition of the Red Puma Party since his creation and, through it, we want to show to the people the true nature of this system and that we are with the working class.
Own nation is one of last nations who has fascist laws against the organisations of the working class and the trade unions. Whereas the trade unions (and the strikes) are one of the bases of a democratic system.
We call the comrades of the LSP to take their responsability now that they have the greatest number of seats and so support this bill.

All Power to the People !

MessageHuey Z. Newton, delegate for the National Action Coalition (Militarist Front group):

"Labour unions are products of corrupt upper classes. They are organized by mobsters to control and manipulate the working class, to use them as a tool to obtain more wealth for themselves, and to further their own aims. They are organizations that the corrupt use to hold the nation hostage, to extorte un-earned money from their countrymen. They are no different then gangs in that respect.

Labour unions are quite simply, unpatriotic. They damage and destabilize the economy, and take advantage of the non-unionized workers who work hard rather then attempt to extort money. In a fair society, the government either directly pays people a fair wage or makes certain that other employers do so, and punish those who would unpatriotically exploit the working class. There is no place for unions in a fair society. We must therefore work towards the establishment of a fair society, not to create more unpatriotic extortionists out of the working class to fight the unpatriotic extortionists in the upper class."

MessageWe are not in a "fair society" because the working class is stolen by the capitalists. The trade unions and the strikes are tools for fight against this robbery.
As long as there will be an exploitation in our countries the strikes and the trade unions will be necessities.

But you are right when you say that the trade union can be corrupt and controlled by mobsters. So the wokers must to watch the leaders of the labour unions with a strong democratic structure: the trade union's leaders must be revocable at all times by the basis member and their wages should not be higher than wages of an average workers.

La lucha sigue !
