Message | "Individuals have a right to privacy" Indeed they do but the necessity of punishing crimes trumps this. Would you care to explain how you would ever be able to prosecute a corporation without access to their records? |

Message | this act says individuals, not corparations, idgit. |
Date | 01:44:44, January 15, 2007 CET | From | Txurruka/Aperribai/Mayoz's OPX | To | Debating the Right to privacy. |
Message | Under law, a corporation is given "corporate personhood" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporation#Legal_status). In other words, its treated as an individual which means its covered by this law. Further, we would prefer it if you were able to defend yourself more capably with debate and arguments than, quite frankly, pathetic insults. |
