Message | The second proposal we could give some consideration too. We've explained our opposition to the first proposal on countless occassions and our arguments are given more weight when you look at our current situation, where one group controls the Diet and another the HoS. |

Message | I totally disagree with article one, with article two, not completely, I do believe that the people should directly elect a mayor, but I think the elected mayor should pick a council of some sort, but seeing as how that is not an option, if you propose a bill where just article 2 is there, I will vote yes |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
