Octobrist Minister Conrad Wold proposed sweeping legislation to build Keymon's environmental programs and dispose of garbage and waste. Wold gave a speech for many hours detailing how environmental legislation would prove to be the Assembly's greatest legacy if passed, and asked the Assembly for its backing. |
