Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:

Message | Bullying and wild behaviour of some trouble pupils is too common in the Dorvish school system. Teachers need real means in putting the troublemakers in line though we require that the bill will be altered a little bit "Teachers may use corporal punishment as the last resort when all other means have been used". Otherwise we can't accept this bill as it gives too much room for possible abuse. (OOC: of course there's not an option for my proposal but the Ministry of Education can make this kind of amendment which we would like to hear from the respective Ministry) |
