Bill: Rules for the upcoming election concerning the situation with FPoH

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hobrazian Peoples Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2349

Description[?]:

This bill is put forward in the Imperial Senate by a party with the legitimate power to do so.

With all the confusion about the FPoH we suggest that they shall be legal after the following election, should following rules fall out in favour of the FPoH.

This resolution forces the Senate to accept the general public opinion on the FPoH.

In the election:

- Should FPoH gain 10+ seats and win the election for Emperor Elect, they shall be legal and shall hear nothing more of the past. The Neesam family can also be used as FPoH wishes. The HPP leading the campaign against FPoH shall leave Hobrazian politics for a while due to the peoples decision and the lack of support for the HPP politics. Furthermore the other parties must endorse the FPoH Emperor Elect for a further period of 4 years.

- Should FPoH gain 10+ seats, they shall be legal and shall hear nothing more of the past. The Neesam family can also be used as FPoH wishes. The HPP leading the campaign against FPoH shall leave Hobrazian politics for a while due to the peoples decision and the lack of support for the HPP politics.

- Should FPoH gain 1-9 seats they shall be legal and shall hear nothing more of the past. The Neesam family can also be used as FPoH wishes.

- Should FPoH neither win or loose seats these rules shall count for the following election.

- Should the FPoH loose 1-9 seats they shall be legal and the Neesam family shall be banned from the FPoH for 8 years.

- Should the FPoH loose 10-14 seats they shall be legal and the Neesam family shall be banned from the FPoH forever.

- Should the FPoH loose 15-19 seats they shall stay illegal. They must respect that decision and stop their actions in hobrazian politics. A new party with a new name can be formed by partymembers to continue the ideology and thus keep current visibility etc.. The Neesam family shall leave hobrazian politics forever.

- Should the FPoH loose 20+ seats they shall stay illegal. They must respect that decision and stop their actions in hobrazian politics. No new party can be formed by partymembers to continue the ideology of FPoH. A new party has to start from scratch. The Neesam family shall leave hobrazian politics forever.

These rules shall be respected by the members of the Imperial Senate should this resolution pass.
These rules shall be respected by the FPoH if they vote for or abstain on this bill and it is passed in the Imperial Senate.

MessageThese rules are wrong and are an attempt to force the party out of politics. We are in a strong position so in all likely hood we are likely to lose seats. It is a rare government that in such high numbers can retain seats. The seat number falls are to small to make this any thing worth us voting for.

MessageOOC: you only really need to be concerned should you lose 15+ seats, and it only has major effects on you should you lose 20+. An interesting point is the risk that the HPP is taking.

MessageWe have decided not to accept this agreement until after the next elections, this is due to the fact that the capitalist party has returned and thus will most likely eat into our share of the vote. Not that we are concerned with that.

MessageYes, but the NEPM don't do anything and so will lose seats which can be won by you thusly reducing the damage by the Capitalists.

MessageDue to effects (inactivation/reformation) on OOC party accounts this would have in the name of IC reasons, moderation cannot accept this bill as binding.

MessageThe bill is not binding (mods said so)

We though could go with the RP that FPoH is legal, but that the Neesam family is banned forever (also you let Adrian Neesam run for Emperor Elect for how many times even though he can't?) This just makes it so much more difficult to accept the Neesam family.
