Bill: Justice Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Indirect Action Arm
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2350
Description[?]:
Given that what civil strife did exist is now totally resolved and the country again at peace, it is absolutely necessary that the dictator-like powers granted during that turmoil be repealed before they can threaten the people with tyranny. To that end, this bill calls for an end to KAOS, and the closing of all their facilities and operations. |

Message | President Walker speaks: THere is no reason to fear K.A.O.S. I have brought K.A.O.S. to the Kalistan, and Kalistan is better for it. K.A.O.S. has protected the people and the nation. The people of Kalistan trust in K.A.O.S., and we should trust in K.A.O.S. too. |

Message | KAOS has shown itself to be a secret police oeprated by one party to protect that party, not the people of Kalistan. It has also shown itself to be completely incompetant in its job, namely catching the actual criminals, and freigtenly competant at the job of reeducation. Kalistan does not need a vigilante that catches the wrong man and brainwashes them to think they're the right man. KAOS is without question an enemy to Kalistani democracy. |

Message | Agreed - we should have no tolerance for partisan paramilitary brigades - these are tantamount to the treason or worse, they are the advancing front of an RFP bid for a totalitarian state. Send the jackboots walking ... right into the Odufart Sea. Disarm or be disarmed. Our Ministers of Justice and the Interior should act swiftly and definitively to disband KAOS. Louis S. Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval. |
