Message | This is necessary to re-establish due to the fact that such a channel will increase civic participation and awareness, which is a very important factor in maintaining a vibrant democracy. Also, this channel can be used as before to alot proportional amounts of media time to political parties in order to inform voters during elections cycles. |

Message | A public radio staion is all wel and good, but having a public television station is also vital to maintaining an informed and civically aware society. Don't sell democracy social responsibility out for so-called "less government". |
