Message | This has nothing to do with individual people and their voting. It means that there will be more seats in regions that have a larger population which is equal when you think about it. For example lets say you had 100 seats in a nation that had 2 states with a total population of 10 million. 1 state has 9 million people and the other state has 1 million. Why should both states have 50 seats in the legislator. The people would be more represented if there were more seats in a state that has more people... |

Message | Oh my mistake.. I thought that It will give every states the exactly the percent of seat as the percent of the population in the state. Example: One state has 12 million and the other 6 million. I thought that this would give the first state 2/3 of the votes and the other 1/3... Is there a way to propose this? |
