An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the People's Socialist Republic of Baltusia. The subject of the opinion poll was Government policy towards smoking. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made: Percentage | Choice | 27.79% | Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings. | 14.04% | Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings. | 8.90% | Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section. | 9.78% | Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor. | 9.82% | Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment. | 10.40% | Smoking is only allowed in private homes and clubs. | 10.10% | Smoking is prohibited. | 9.18% | Smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments. |
