An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the République Fédérée de Jelbania. The subject of the opinion poll was The government's policy regarding the keeping of wild animals as pets. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 16.42% | Wild animals may be kept as pets; the owners of dangerous wild animals must take the necessary measures to ensure they can't escape. |
| 23.67% | All wild animals may be kept as pets, without any restrictions or precautions whatsoever. |
| 28.32% | This matter is left up to the local governments. |
