An opinion poll was held among the citizens of the Central Greater Terran Region One. The subject of the opinion poll was Government policy with respect to the death penalty. When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made:

| 23.96% | Religious doctrine determines the death penalty. |
| 14.77% | Local governments may choose whether or not to administer the death penalty for capital crimes |
