3133 STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS
By President Yardley Barin
Democratic Republic of Aloria
Ladies and gentlemen, fellow Alorians and members of the international community, good day. I am here today to provide a rundown of the current state of the Democratic Republic of Aloria.
On the final months of my term as President, our nation enjoyed economic stability with a balanced budget, a reasonable tax system, and a surplus in government revenue. Gone are the days when we were embroiled in a huge debt. We are now able to move forward and to look towards a better future.
On the final months of my term, we witnessed a landmark occassion in diplomacy. Kirlawa has ratified the treaty of friendship with our nation. At the moment, we are now holding talks for the official signing of the treaty. I hope that this signing will take place once the new administration comes in.
Four years ago, I vowed to make reforms in Aloria. Four years later, we have made those reforms. And with that, we have laid the groundwork for genuine progress in this nation. I thank every individual in Aloria for making this possible.
As I step down from the Presidential throne, I hope that the next administration will be able to continue to lead this nation towards a better tomorrow.
Thank you for your time and long live Aloria.Signed,
the Government of the Democratic Republic of Aloria
