Today is a sad day for Vanuku. The incumbent grand chancellor Cornelis Van Zaten has refused to accept the result of the democratic election in Vanuku, in which my Nationale Vrijheidspartij won a clear majority.
I plead with the international community to ensure all militants who still support the former dictator are brought to justice, and kindly ask that all nations where the rebels flea make certain that they extradite the terrorists directly to Vanuku.Signed,
