This press message was released by the Government of the United Jakania.
President Emerick Won sent an apology to Cobura saying he apologies for whatever actions he might have done on Cobura in the past. During the letter the president says:
"The reason for writing to you is that I am making my apology on whatever harm or arrogance I might have cause to the Citizens of Cobura and to its fellow Parties. It wasn't my intention to have cause this conflict between the Cobura and Jakania, if not that I was not well explained about the conflict. I did not intentionally made the treaty you have received earlier but another nation's president had contact me about my guilt on this issue and ask that I create this treaty. I wasn't in the position of even doing this because of the anger the Cobura had poured on me and had made me determined not to do it. But as I think more deeper about my actions I realize I am guilty.
Please I did not create this treaty to create more conflict, I created it just because my nation can't do anything with your nation's private health Alliance which you refer as " no longer exist". But my reason is that we had passed it in our nation, and if we don't inform you, it would be as if we are sending an illegal drug to foreign nation without letting a nation's government know. As from now on I want you to realize that all what happened in the past was a mistake, and I am sure we all make mistakes. My fellow Neighbor, do not take this so seriously, we are friends and should realize how strong friendships are. Again, my fellow neighbor please accept my apology."
Signed,
the Government of the United Jakania
