Elected Representative of His Imperial & Most Illustrious Majesty Maximilian VIII of Hulstria and His Imperial and Heavenly Majesty Okatori Yoshiro of Gao-Soto, Governor-General of the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto Shichirobei Ippitsusai has personally congratulated Louise Harrison with the victory.
